Food Trail ArrayPaul Mercurio takes you to the four corners of Tasmania in search of our Island’s best produce.  In each episode he meets up with local chefs and the men and women who create some of our best ingredients. 

Episode 1:  North West country, beef, Stanley, vegetables and cheeses. 
Episode 2:  Launceston and the Tamar Valley.
Episode 3:  Hobart, the Huon Valley, Richmond and Bothwell.
Episode 4:  The East Coast - Glaziers Bay to Triabunna.
